With the help of my assistant Renna, everything runs on a schedule. If we’re looking at a ten-day loan approval process, we’re on the phone on day eight, making sure everything is on schedule. We want our clients to have a good experience. I’m very protective of my clients because I know people can be taken advantage of. In that sense, my heart’s on my sleeve. I’m a very trusting person, but I know my job so well that I know horrible things can happen. Nothing surprises me. People can have a very had experience and I never want that to happen to a client of mine.
I also regard myself as a very fair agent. When I get an offer on a home I’ve listed, I present it to the owner immediately. I don’t hold it. When someone hands me an offer and asks when I’m going to present it, I tell them it will bee in the owner’s hand as soon as the owner returns my phone call. They are so grateful to hear that. I always let my seller know that it’s their home, they call the shots and I’ll give my professional advice when needed.
For me, every successful transaction is as exciting as the first one was. I get the biggest kick out of completing a transaction. I take my clients out to dinner, we let out hair down and share some laughter. And I always drop off a tin of cookies every Christmas, just to let them know I appreciate them and wish them a merry Christmas and a blessed New Year
